What is your return policy?

We will accept exchanges for any sizing issues that may occur, within 10 days of you receiving your product. You, the customer are responsible for the return shipping of the product.

We are located in Canada and love your products - but shipping is expensive!

Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the postal service. Our current rates are the best we can provide at this time, and are competitive with any business that ships internationally. We have added a discount code for free shipping over $88.00 to help with the cost.

Are you still shipping due to the COVID-19 pandemic?

Yes we are. Domestic shipments should not see any delays, and are sent using USPS first-class, which should arrive within 3-5 days, after your order has shipped. International customers may experience some slight delays, but shipments can be expected to arrive between 10-14 days after your order has shipped.

Can we track our shipments?

Yes - absolutely. We will provide tracking information once your order has been processed.

How long does it take you to process and send my order?

Please allow 48 hours to process any orders. If an order is placed on a Friday, it will go out Monday morning.

Do you have plans for any future designs?

Absolutely. We at Crease Culture are incredibly excited to offer small batch, one-off runs, which means we will be releasing new designs periodically. Stay tuned for future releases by following us on all social media accounts (@creaseculture), or join our mailing list.
